Role

Were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager with strong mobile app marketing and growth experience to drive user acquisition, conversions, subscriptions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and scale Meta & Google Ads.
- Drive app installs, registrations, subscriptions & revenue.
- Optimize the app acquisition-to-purchase funnel.
- Track CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV & retention.
- Run A/B tests and performance experiments across creatives, campaigns, landing pages, onboarding & offers.




- Identify funnel drop-offs and improve app conversion & retention.
- Use GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Content & Video teams.

Must-Have

- 36 years in Performance/Growth Marketing.
- Strong Meta & Google Ads expertise.
- Mobile app marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization & analytics.
- Experience with EdTech, Consumer Apps, Wellness/Psychology or Subscription Apps is a plus.
