Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Produce high-converting, engaging short-form and long-form video content, graphics, and promotional posts across platforms to capture attention and build our follower base.

Marketing & Sales Strategy: Brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas, promotional campaigns, and engagement tactics that directly improve our online metrics and translate into physical store traffic.

Growth Optimization: Monitor engagement, analyze view and follower metrics, and continuously refine content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

Community & Brand Building: Engage with local fitness and sports communities online,



utilizing reviews, brand advocacy, and targeted campaigns to build permanent brand loyalty.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven track record or a natural talent for creating viral, engaging social media content.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media algorithms, and online-to-offline traffic generation.
