Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our amusement and entertainment park. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer footfall, generating revenue through marketing initiatives, and managing both online and offline promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase park footfall, revenue, and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute B2C and B2B marketing campaigns for the park, events, offers, and special promotions.
- Manage offline marketing activities, including field marketing, outdoor advertising, hoardings, print media, promotional campaigns, and local activations.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media, paid campaigns, content, influencer marketing, and online promotions.
- Identify and develop partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, institutions, and other potential business partners.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, holiday promotions, festival offers, school/group packages, corporate packages, and special events.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, offers, and promotional strategies.
- Develop innovative marketing ideas to attract families, children, tourists, corporate groups, and other target customers.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of promotional expenses.
- Coordinate with the Events, Sales, Operations, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, footfall, revenue, and return on marketing investment.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, advertising partners, media partners, and promotional suppliers.
- Explore new marketing channels and opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the marketing team and field marketing staff.
- Achieve assigned marketing and revenue targets within the given timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in amusement parks, entertainment, hospitality, tourism, retail, events, or similar industries.
- Robust knowledge of both online and offline marketing.
- Experience in campaign planning, promotions, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
- Creative approach with the ability to develop new promotional ideas.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and business development when required.
