Role & responsibilities
- Coordinating with external vendors for event collaterals, booth requirements, and logistics
- Working closely with design agencies to ensure timely delivery of creatives
- Supporting end-to-end event execution, including pre-event planning and in office coordination
- Assisting in content development for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Managing marketing assets, documentation, and follow-ups
- Providing support across digital campaigns, reporting, and lead management activities
- Handling other ad-hoc marketing tasks to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects
