About Us:

We are an AI Consulting and Training firm specializing in enterprise-grade AI adoption — translating frontier AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for organizations and professionals who lack technical infrastructure or in-house AI expertise. We operationalize tools like Claude for non-technical, high-stakes professionals — coaches, consultants, clinicians, and enterprise teams — where adoption friction, not capability, is the primary barrier to ROI.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an AI Consultant to diagnose client workflows, identify high-leverage AI use cases, and design practical AI-driven solutions that translate directly into time saved, cost reduced, or revenue generated. This is a client-facing, solution-design role — not a technical engineering role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and discovery conversations
- Diagnose client workflows and pain points to uncover high-leverage AI use cases
- Own the sales pipeline end-to-end — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Translate technical AI capabilities into simple, business-outcome language (ROI, time saved, revenue impact) for non-technical decision-makers
- Convert discovery conversations into signed engagements and long-term client relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across healthcare,



coaching, hospitality, and corporate sectors
- Collaborate with the consulting/training team to ensure smooth handoff and delivery post-sale
- Track pipeline metrics and report on outreach, conversion, and revenue performance

Requirements:

- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing consulting roles
- Strong ability to identify client pain points and map them to potential AI solutions during conversations/pitches
- Confident in cold outreach, discovery calls, and converting conversations into signed engagements
- Comfortable owning a sales pipeline — prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, closing
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into simple, business-outcome language (ROI, time saved, revenue impact) for non-technical decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across industries (healthcare, coaching, hospitality, corporate)
- Self-starter comfortable working in a lean/early-stage workplace with revenue targets

Nice to Have:

- Existing network in coaching, consulting, healthcare, or corporate L&D;
- Experience selling services/consulting (not just products)
- Basic familiarity with AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT (not mandatory — can be trained)
- Exposure to CRM tools and outbound sales tech stacks
