Key Responsibilities• Develop and lead the overall Marketing Strategy & Growth Plan
- Drive B2B lead generation through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the Retail Interior & Furniture market
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate high-quality business leads
- Lead and manage the Marketing team, agencies and external partners
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Business Development and Design teams to improve lead conversion
- Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI, lead quality and customer acquisition
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Plan and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization
- Oversee content, company profile, brochures, case studies, presentations and promotional campaigns
- Prepare and present regular Marketing MIS & Performance Reports to management
Candidate Profile✔️ 8–15 years of relevant Marketing experience
✔️ Experience in Interior Design / Retail Interior / Furniture / Architecture / Construction preferred
✔️ Robust expertise in B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
✔️ Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO
✔️ Strong leadership, strategic thinking and team-management skills
✔️ Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making abilities
✔️ Ability to independently build and execute growth-focused marketing strategies
