Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is energetic, confident, creative, and good at communication to support our marketing and business development activities.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products/services, coordinating with customers and business partners, supporting digital marketing activities, and helping the organization increase its brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing activities to promote company products and services.
- Identify potential customers, business opportunities, and market segments.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Support digital marketing and social media marketing activities.
- Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content, promotions, and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper customer records.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Management teams.




- Prepare daily/weekly marketing activity reports.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Visit customers, markets, exhibitions, or business locations when required.
- Perform other marketing activities assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of marketing or business development experience are preferred.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
