Compliance Marketing

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text campaigns to gas station owners regarding UST compliance services.

- Generate and qualify leads for UST compliance management.

- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments.

- Maintain client and lead information in CRM.

- Build relationships with gas station owners and operators.

Real Estate Marketing

- Generate real estate leads through cold calling, emails, and text messages.

- Contact property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, and brokers.

- Identify potential property sales and investment opportunities.

- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments.

- Support marketing of commercial real estate properties.

- Maintain accurate lead records and meet monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Solid sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound marketing.

- Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge.

- Experience in compliance, gas stations, real estate, sales, or lead generation preferred.

- Ability to work U.S. business hours.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
