SHRIM Institute, Patna is looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our institute's marketing, student outreach, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, creative, and willing to work in the education sector.

Position

Marketing Executive – Admissions & Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Promote SHRIM Institute’s courses, batches, and admission programs.
- Generate student and parent leads through online and offline marketing.
- Assist in creating posters, reels, videos, admission campaigns, and promotional content.
- Coordinate school/college visits, seminars, career counselling programs, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain lead databases and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Support admission campaigns during peak enrollment periods.
- Conduct local market research and identify new opportunities for student acquisition.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams for marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Business Profile will be an advantage.
- Good convincing and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates with experience in the education/coaching sector will be preferred

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Plan and execute marketing activities for the institute.
- Promote courses, batches, admissions, and educational programs.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with schools, students, parents, and local communities.
- Manage and promote the institute's presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Assist in organizing seminars, promotional campaigns, events, and admission drives.
- Coordinate with social media influencers, bloggers, and other promotional partners.
- Conduct local promotional activities and field marketing when required.
- Track leads, enquiries, and marketing performance.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and provide regular updates to management.
