Marketing Executive

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing functions, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A degree in Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and on-ground channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and report key metrics to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and website to drive brand awareness.
- Plan and execute field marketing events and activations ensuring maximum reach and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends influencing the organization’s marketing strategy.
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and traffic from organic and paid channels.

Requirements





- Minimum of 3 years of qualified experience in marketing, preferably in Business Marketing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies and tools.
- Proven experience in designing and executing Field Marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns and SEO best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey marketing strategies effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Nice to Have (Skills)

- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for campaign tracking and customer management.
- Fluency in graphic design or knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior marketing team members is an advantage.
