About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to drive marketing activities, lead generation, hospital and corporate partnerships, field marketing, and local market outreach for our healthcare business.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, corporate connect, hospital/doctor networking, lead generation, and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and patient footfall.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute local marketing and field marketing activities to generate business leads and increase brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, healthcare professionals, corporates, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and develop corporate tie-ups and corporate connections for business generation.
- Plan and execute health camps, screening camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities in targeted locations.
- Generate and manage leads through field activities, corporate outreach, camps, referrals, and local market initiatives.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities.
- Identify potential locations, institutions, corporates, hospitals, and communities for marketing collaborations.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, events, camps, and promotional activities.
- Track leads generated through different activities and follow up to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Develop and maintain a database of corporate contacts, hospitals, doctors, institutions, and other potential partners.
- Support brand-building activities and improve the company's presence across the local market.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, field activities, corporate visits, campaigns, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned marketing, lead-generation, and business-development targets.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Hospital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in field marketing and lead generation.
- Experience in hospital/clinic/doctor connect and corporate outreach will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in organizing health camps, promotional activities, awareness campaigns, or local marketing initiatives.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and market mapping.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
