Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and brand across target markets

- Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, exhibitions, cold calling, and networking

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities

- Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns

- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and promotional material

- Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners

- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related discipline

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector

- Robust knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Creative thinking with a results-driven approach

Preferred

- Prior experience in the solar EPC/solar equipment manufacturing industry

- Existing network of dealers/distributors/channel partners in the solar industry
