Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support business objectives.
- Social Media & Content:



Manage day-to-day social media activities and create engaging content aligned with Blown’s brand identity and audience.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics: Support digital campaigns, monitor key performance metrics, and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Market Research: Track customer behaviour, competitors, and emerging marketing, beauty, and lifestyle trends to identify new opportunities.
- Events & Activations: Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, launches, and brand activations while coordinating logistics and vendors.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and coordinate with potential brands, influencers, agencies, and business partners to build meaningful collaborations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and prepare reports on campaign outcomes.

What we are looking for

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 1+ years of relevant experience; strong freshers may also be considered.
- Digital & Social Media: Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing, with knowledge of platforms such as Meta and Google Ads being an advantage.
- Creative Thinking: A creative eye for content, trends, and brand communication, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging marketing initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Organisation & Execution: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Industry Interest: Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
