Marketing Executive – Career Guidance Outreach Program

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Career Guidance Outreach Program. The role involves connecting with schools, building relationships with school management and coordinators, promoting career guidance programmes, organizing outreach activities, and generating student enquiries and admission leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with schools, educational institutions, and school management teams to promote career guidance programmes.
- Make outbound calls to school coordinators, principals, management representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Present and explain the career guidance programme, its benefits, key features, and available opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule school visits, career guidance seminars, workshops, and student counselling sessions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with schools and maintain strong professional relationships with school representatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and successfully execute school outreach activities.
- Generate student enquiries and potential admission leads through school outreach and career guidance programmes.
- Maintain accurate records of school contacts, enquiries, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Track daily outreach activities, calls, meetings, enquiries, and lead progress.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports to the management.
- Support the admission counselling team by following up with interested students and parents.




- Handle enquiries professionally and provide appropriate information about programmes and admission opportunities.
- Achieve assigned targets related to school outreach, enquiries, lead generation, counselling, and admissions.
- Represent the organization professionally during school visits, seminars, and other outreach activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with school representatives.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with schools.
- Good follow-up and lead management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM, or lead management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to achieve assigned goals.
- Previous experience in education marketing, school outreach, admissions, telecalling, business development, or field marketing will be an advantage.
