Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Coordinator role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

The Marketing

Coordinator will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with sales and delivery teams to promote Groupsoft’s enterprise transformation solutions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating events and webinars, creating and editing marketing content, managing digital and offline marketing materials, and tracking campaign performance. The role also involves assisting with lead generation activities, maintaining marketing calendars,



and supporting internal communications to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.

The Marketing

Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for creating explicit, engaging marketing content and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales support skills to coordinate with sales teams, assist in lead generation, and help prepare presentations and collateral.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to organize conferences, webinars, client meetings, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to manage timelines, marketing calendars, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Additional beneficial experience includes working in B2B or technology services, basic analytics/reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
