Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Management

- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across online, retail, and wholesale channels.
- Assist in planning and executing new perfume launches, festive campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all brand communications maintain Birra Fragrances' premium image and identity.
- Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and content creation.

Digital Marketing

- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for Meta, Google, and other paid campaigns.
- Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate daily posting.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate website banners, product uploads, and promotional creatives.

Retail & Trade Marketing
- Coordinate branding requirements for Birra retail outlets.
- Develop and distribute POS materials including standees, posters, danglers, brochures, and gift packaging.
- Support retail teams with promotional campaigns and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate marketing support for distributors and super stockists.

Product Launches

- Plan and coordinate launches for new fragrances and collections.
- Work with packaging, design, and production teams to ensure timely launch readiness.
- Coordinate product photography, videos, and marketing collateral.

Influencer & PR Coordination
- Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations.
- Manage gifting campaigns and PR sample dispatches.
- Maintain influencer and media databases.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.

Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with printers, designers, photographers, event agencies, and production vendors.
- Obtain quotations, prepare purchase requests, and monitor budgets.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Market Research

- Monitor competitor launches, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends.




- Provide recommendations to strengthen Birra's market positioning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in perfumes, beauty, luxury, FMCG, or retail.
- Experience working with agencies and vendors is preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram).
- Knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with reporting skills.

- Timely execution of all marketing campaigns.
- Successful product launches as per timeline.
- Growth in social media engagement and reach.
- On-time delivery of retail branding materials.
- Effective coordination with agencies and vendors.

- Retail and distributor satisfaction with marketing support.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
