Roles and Responsibilities

- IN A NUTSHELL: Drive growth in revenues and profits of brands being managed by you through digital and offline marketing executed by you.
- Develop good quality copy and ideas for graphics and videos for relevant team (or AI tool) to develop creatives that generate results.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Expected Skills & Behaviours

- Robust communications skills especially w.r.t. English copy




- Understanding of the nuances of B2B tech marketing verses B2C marketing and being able to switch modes between the two (max time will be involved in B2B marketing)
- Having a technical background in Electronics or IT (like engg degree or diploma or BSc, etc) is a BONUS but not a necessity
- Ability to read and understand technical products and services to develop marketing strategy and copy for them
- Minimum work experience of 1 year in a similar role (or even internship)
- Confidence and eagerness to drive marketing of brands by yourself and not be too dependent on your HoD
- Ability to use AI tools or graphic tools to develop your entire creative by yourself--when graphics or video team is unavailable

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
