About the Role
LDS Global Manpower is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Marketing & Operations to lead our marketing, recruitment, and operational activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the overseas recruitment/staffing industry, along with good knowledge of international recruitment processes, manpower operations, client management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee marketing, recruitment, and operational activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, recruitment partners, and agents.
Handle and monitor overseas manpower recruitment processes from sourcing to deployment.
Lead recruitment teams and ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
Identify new business opportunities and support business growth and expansion.
Manage recruitment operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Monitor team performance, targets, and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment processes.
Prepare regular reports and provide updates to senior management.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in Overseas Recruitment / International Staffing.
Candidates must have experience in the same industry; candidates from other industries will not be considered.
Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment and manpower operations.
Good understanding of international client handling and recruitment processes.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to manage both Marketing and Operations effectively.
Solid business development and relationship management skills.
Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
