About the RoleWe are looking for a Manufacturing Solutions Leader who combines strong manufacturing domain expertise with hands-on project delivery experience.

This is a key role in building and scaling our Manufacturing Digital Solutions practice. You will be the go-to manufacturing authority for our Sales, Presales, BA, Project, Technology and Development teams, while also leading the successful execution of manufacturing software and automation projects for customers.

This is not a conventional Project Manager role. We are looking for someone who understands how manufacturing works on the shop floor and how to convert those processes into practical digital solutions.

What You Will OwnManufacturing Domain & Solutioning

- Act as the primary Manufacturing SME across customer engagements and projects.
- Understand manufacturing processes across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Material Flow, Warehouse, Traceability and Shop-Floor Operations.
- Translate manufacturing challenges into digital, automation and software solutions.
- Lead customer workshops, plant/process assessments and solution discussions.
- Guide Sales and Presales on manufacturing solution opportunities and feasibility.
- Define manufacturing workflows, business rules and solution requirements.

Project Delivery

- Own end-to-end delivery of manufacturing digital solutions.
- Plan projects, milestones, resources, dependencies and deliverables.
- Coordinate BA, Technical Lead, Developers, QA, UI/UX and customer teams.
- Drive requirement finalisation, development, testing, UAT and deployment.
- Manage customer communication, risks, issues, scope and project priorities.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and solve the intended manufacturing problem.

Technology & Digital Manufacturing

- Work closely with technology teams on MES, IIoT,



Industry 4.0 and manufacturing automation solutions.
- Understand integration between ERP, MES, PLC, SCADA, machines, sensors and shop-floor systems.
- Guide teams on manufacturing data, workflows and system behaviour.
- Contribute to reusable manufacturing solution frameworks and IP.

What We Are Looking For
- 12–18 years of experience in Manufacturing Digitalisation, Manufacturing Automation, MES, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory or related domains.
- Strong hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering manufacturing technology/software projects.
- Experience with one or more of MES, IIoT, PLC/SCADA, OEE, Traceability, Production, Quality, Maintenance or Industrial Automation.
- Good understanding of ERP–MES–Shop Floor integration.
- Experience working with software development teams to deliver customised manufacturing solutions.
- Robust customer-facing and consulting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with plant managers as well as software engineers.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to participate in customer meetings and plant visits.

Strongly PreferredExperience in Automotive / Auto Components / Discrete Manufacturing / Electronics / SMT / Industrial Manufacturing. Exposure to AI, Analytics, Digital Twin or Manufacturing Intelligence will be an advantage.
