Role Overview

We are looking for bright, driven, and high-potential fresh graduates to join our organization as Management Trainees. This internship provides hands-on exposure to business operations, project management, technology, and cross-functional activities, with an opportunity to receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist teams in day-to-day business and project activities.
- Work on assigned projects and support process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze information, prepare reports, and support management decision-making.
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and business initiatives.
- Demonstrate ownership, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor's degree, preferably B.Tech/B.E.,



from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college/university.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic and extracurricular performance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.

Internship & PPO

- Internship: Full time internship with a fixed stipend.
- PPO: High-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
- PPO eligibility will be based on performance, learning ability, contribution, and organizational requirements.

Preferred Candidate A motivated fresher who is ambitious, adaptable, analytical, and eager to build a long-term career while gaining practical exposure to a professional business setting. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
