Role Description The Manager UK role is a full time, on-site position based at the Jaipur head office. The person in this role will lead and manage the UK study-abroad vertical, including overseeing counselling operations, supervising a team, and ensuring high-quality, compliant guidance for students aspiring to study in the UK. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with UK universities and partner institutions, monitoring application and admission processes, and ensuring accurate information on programs, eligibility, and visa requirements.

The Manager UK will analyze market trends, develop strategies to grow the UK student portfolio,



and support marketing and outreach initiatives focused on UK destinations. This role also involves maintaining performance standards, training team members, addressing student queries and escalations, and collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless services.

Qualifications

- Experience in international education consulting or student counselling, preferably focused on UK study-abroad programs.
- Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, admission processes, scholarships, and visa regulations.
- Proven team management and leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, partner institutions, and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling applications and documentation.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for planning, tracking targets, and growing the UK market segment.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in a relevant field such as education, management, international relations, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within education, counselling, or a service-oriented industry is highly desirable.
