Manger/Project Lead - Site Operations (Non- Technical)

Role Objective

Lead end-to-end office fit-out projects while supporting Site HPM and Administration process improvements, ensuring strong execution, governance, quality and timely delivery across locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead office fit-out projects covering layout, BOQ, specifications, design coordination, vendor management, billing and payments.
- Prepare and rigorously track gang charts, project timelines, costs, milestones and site progress.
- Drive vendors and site teams for time-bound delivery, quality and closure of issues.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, HVAC, Fire, IT, Security, Furniture and other agencies for integrated execution.
- Coordinate with Design, CPT/DCO, HPM, vendors and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Review BOQs, specifications and materials and drive standardisation and cost/quality optimisation.
- Develop accurate MIS, dashboards and Excel-based trackers for management review.
- Work closely with Site HPM & Administration teams to understand operational gaps, identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
- Drive process improvements, SOPs, standardisation and governance across Administration/HPM activities.




- Collate data from various sites, analyse trends/gaps and present action-oriented recommendations to leadership.
- Support broader Administration initiatives and progressively take ownership of multiple sites/projects.

Candidate Profile

- 1015+ years experience, preferably from Administration / Facilities / Workplace / Corporate Real Estate.
- Bachelor in Commerce graduate / Commerce Background Graduate o/ post- Graduate
- Strong hands-on project management and vendor management experience.
- Positive understanding of fit-out execution, BOQ, design, billing and site coordination.
- Strong Excel, MIS, analytical and numerical skills.
- High ownership, execution orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with vendors, site teams and senior stakeholders.
- Must be capable of identifying gaps, proposing solutions and driving closure, rather than only reporting issues.
