Job Title: Manager Taxation Experience: 6-10 years (including team handling experience)Qualifications: CA (Chartered Accountant)Location: Wazirpur, North Delhi Nature: Work from Office Industry: Accounting and Finance Job Overview:The Manager will lead and oversee the taxation and accounting functions for clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tax and audit-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of accounting and taxation professionals to deliver high-quality services and meet deadlines.

- Understand client and project requirements in coordination with senior management and communicate effectively with the team.

- Oversee finalization of accounts ensuring compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act 2013, and income tax laws.

- Supervise preparation and timely filing of tax audit reports, income tax returns, TDS and GST returns.





- Review responses to notices from regulatory authorities and ensure appropriate follow-ups.

- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth audits.

- Analyse accounting data including assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses for accuracy and completeness.

- Ensure accurate preparation of MIS reports and financial statements including cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with Certification 15CA/CB and DTAA guidelines.

- Provide expert Income Tax and GST consultation to clients.

- Manage GST reconciliations and supervise GSTR-9/9C filings.

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance across taxation and accounting functions.

- Mentor and train junior staff to build technical capabilities and improve team performance.
