Hiring: Manager – Strategic Finance & Investor Relations

Location: Bhopal preferred: Suitable WFH candidates may be considered at management discretion.

Experience: 2-6 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant preferably with all CA levels cleared in first attempt; candidates with strong strategic finance, MIS, investor reporting and startup exposure will be given preference.

Function: Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, MIS, Systems and Controls.

About the role

Feedsco is a fast-growing better-for-you snacking company scaling across multiple manufacturing units and distribution markets. We are looking for an ownership-driven finance professional to work directly with the CFO/founders across strategic finance, investor reporting, MIS, systems, controls and governance.

Key responsibilities

- Assist CFO in investor reporting’s- investor decks, board decks, monthly investor updates, fundraising materials and business performance narratives.
- Own MIS preparation: revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, unit-wise profitability, working capital, cash flow and budget vs actual analysis.
- Support financial models, budgets, forecasts, scenario analysis, pricing/margin analysis and management decision support.
- Coordinate due diligence, data room management, investor/lender reporting and follow-up on investor queries.
- Support secretarial and governance work with CS/legal advisors: board/shareholder documents, resolutions, cap table, ESOP/SAR and compliance trackers.




- Assist in ERP/accounting/inventory/reporting system implementation and help build SOP's for finance workflows.
- Strengthen controls around cash, inventory, receivables, playable’s, expenses, approvals and monthly closing discipline.
- Work with accounts, operations, sales and production teams to convert raw data into clear management insights.

What we are looking for

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling skills; PowerPoint/storytelling ability is important.
- Good understanding of financial statements, accounting, margins, working capital and startup/business KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, take ownership and build systems from scratch.
- Prior exposure to startups, FMCG/manufacturing, audit, consulting, transaction advisory, investment banking, VC/PE portfolio work or founder’s office will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, MIS tools and basic company law/secretarial coordination will be an advantage.
