Only candidates with 5+ years of experience in Viaduct projects will be shortlisted.

Responsibilities:

- All incoming materials test as per approved Inspection and Test Plan and Standards

- Ensure Quality of work executed is as per the relevant technical specification / standards

- Coordinating for all external lab test as per approved Inspection and Test Plan

- Develop and implement the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for the bridge project.

- Establish procedures for material testing, workmanship assessment, and documentation control.

- Establishment of fully equipped laboratory with calibrated instruments.

- Ensure availability of Method statement and ITP, approved design mix and calibration of all equipments

- Ensure quality of construction materials, concrete, steel, and pre-cast elements used in bridge construction.

- Approve and review material test reports, third-party test results, and supplier quality certifications.

- Monitor curing, compaction, welding, and post-tensioning processes to prevent quality defects.

- Ensure timely identification and communication of QA/QC issues to project team by raising internal NCR/observation through monthly Quality meeting.

- Conducting training among the staff and workers on ongoing activities

- Work closely with execution, procurement,



and design teams to maintain quality compliance.

- Conduct training sessions for site engineers, supervisors, and workers on quality practices.

- Ensure proper implementation of QA standards across subcontractors and vendors.

- Verifying and maintenance of Quality records and documents

- Preparation and submission of Monthly Quality Reports, Daily Material Test Reports before every monthly billing cycle.

- Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and quality checklists for the project.

- Ensure documentation and approval of RFIs (Requests for Inspection), NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and test results.

- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients for quality approvals and certifications.

- Weekly/Monthly Quality Walk with client for continual improvement and compliance within target date.

- Client Handling, Communication resolve issues (if any) with immediate effect

- Customer feedback by conducting client meeting.

- Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and site walkthroughs to identify defects or deviations.

- Ensure proper testing of concrete, steel, and other materials at approved laboratories.

- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality-related non-conformances.
