Position: Manager / Senior Manager HR

Qualification: MLW / MSW
Experience: 10-15 years in Manufacturing
Role Overview:
The position manages end to end HR activities for a chemical manufacturing unit with focus on employee relations and statutory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations, Recruitment and Employee Engagement
- Employee Relations, Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliance
- Administration, Plant Discipline and Policy Implementation
- Coordination with Government Authorities and External Stakeholders
Preferred Profile:
- Handson experience in factory HR and labour management
- Exposure to manufacturing culture and statutory compliance
