We are seeking an analytically driven Manager, Revenue Operations & Process Excellence to oversee and optimize global revenue accounting, billing, accounts receivable, and finance processes. This senior individual contributor role focuses on advanced process management, data analytics, systems, reporting, and operational excellence rather than people management. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and analytical experience, preferably gained within a multinational organization and with direct exposure to accounting and financial operations outside India.

The role requires strong understanding of revenue operations, billing processes, reconciliations, financial reporting, ERP data flows, and process improvement within a U.S.-backed or global services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Process Management & Architecture

- Own, design, and continuously optimize the end-to-end global revenue accounting, billing, and accounts receivable operational framework.
- Architect and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and robust internal controls for revenue workflows, reducing systemic leakage and billing exceptions.
- Lead transformation initiatives to automate recurring billing schedules, revenue recognition protocols, and complex data flows between CRM, ERP (NetSuite), and billing platforms.

Advanced Analytics & Revenue Reporting
- Build and maintain sophisticated analytical models, dashboards, and KPI scorecards tracking revenue trends, DSO, aging cohorts, leakage points, and cash flow forecasts.



• Conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses on complex billing discrepancies, revenue variances, and deferred revenue movements, presenting strategic insights to U.S. leadership. • Oversee high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue-related account reconciliations and variance analyses.

Compliance, Controls & Technical Accounting
- Support compliance with applicable revenue recognition and accounting standards, including an understanding of ASC 606. Detailed or deep ASC 606 expertise is not required; familiarity with the standard and willingness to learn and apply it in day-to-day revenue operations is recommended.
- Partner closely with the U.S. finance and accounting teams during month-end/year-end close processes, audit requests, and technical accounting memoranda drafting.

• Ensure absolute data integrity and governance across interconnected financial systems (NetSuite, Salesforce/CRM, automated billing layers).

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics is preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, revenue operations, financial process management, revenue accounting,



billing, or accounts receivable. Must have experience working with a multinational organization and handling accounting or financial operations for businesses/entities outside India.

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems (NetSuite highly preferred), financial systems, billing environments, and data flows. Experience working with multiple financial systems and process automation is a robust advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-management capabilities with advanced Excel experience, including complex formulas, lookups, PivotTables, Power Query, data analysis, and financial reporting. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and U.S. GAAP. Working familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition is recommended, but deep expertise is not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data, identify issues, communicate insights, and work effectively with U.S. and international finance teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced qualification).
- Direct operational exposure to professional services, SaaS, TPA, financial services, or complex contract-based billing environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated portfolio of process automation or digital transformation projects within a finance operations function.
