- Lead and strengthen the Quality Assurance function, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, including GMP, GDP, document control, change control, deviations, incidents, and CAPA processes.

- Manage audits, risk management activities, investigations, and regulatory readiness to support operational and compliance excellence.





- Oversee quality assurance activities across manufacturing and laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.

- Review and maintain key quality documents, including SOPs, Quality Manuals, validation documentation, and Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).

- Lead customer complaint management, cross-functional quality initiatives, and team training programs to build a strong culture of quality and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

- Experience in quality assurance within the healthcare industry.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulations.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Confidence in managing audits and inspections.

- Ability to work well with teams and across departments.
