Role & responsibilities
- Manage projects ensuring Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Manage customer requirements, RFQs, SORs and quotations.
- Ensure successful project launches through APQP, QG15, PTR, PPAP, R@R and SOP.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, scope changes and critical issues.
- Drive regular project reviews, reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Lead, develop and motivate the project team.
- Ensure flawless launches, customer satisfaction, cost control and minimal customer escalations.
Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree required or equivalent.
Must possess a combined 8+ years of Project/Program management/Product /process design experience along with a verifiable record of results in both disciplines within the automotive industry.
