About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, target-driven Real Estate Sales professional who can own the final stage of the sales funnel — from qualified enquiry and site visit to negotiation, booking and closure.
You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads generated by our marketing and pre-sales teams and will be responsible for converting genuine prospects into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete closing and conversion process from site visit to booking
- Conduct consultative sales meetings with HNI,



NRI and second-home buyers
- Handle pricing, inventory and payment-plan negotiations
- Manage buyer objections and drive deals towards closure
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM and Channel Partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly booking and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM data
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings to the CRM/Post-Sales team
- Represent a premium real estate brand with professionalism and strong executive presence
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales with a proven closing track record
- Experience in premium / luxury / high-ticket residential projects preferred
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- Ability to build trust with HNI, NRI and high-value clients
- Positive understanding of payment plans, home loans, documentation and RERA
- Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh real estate
