About MeshfloorMeshfloor is a SaaS platform built for coworking spaces and managed office operators.
It helps operators manage their workspace operations, customers, memberships, quotations, agreements, invoicing, collections, occupancy, meeting rooms, leads and other day-to-day business processes from one platform.
We are now looking for our first dedicated sales hire to help us acquire coworking and managed-office operators across India.
This is a founding sales role. You will have significant ownership of building the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, converting prospects and helping new customers get started with Meshfloor.
What you will do1. Identify potential customersBuild a database of coworking and managed-office operators across India using:
- LinkedIn
- Google
- Industry directories
- Real-estate networks
- Coworking communities
- Business databases
- Direct prospecting





Identify decision makers such as founders, owners, directors and operations heads.
2. Cold calling and outreachContact prospects through:
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp
- Email
- LinkedIn
- Other appropriate B2B channels

Understand how the operator currently manages their business and identify opportunities where Meshfloor can help.
3. Conduct product demosSchedule and conduct online product demonstrations with prospective customers.
The demo should be consultative rather than simply showing product features.
You should be able to understand the operator's problems and demonstrate how Meshfloor can improve areas such as:
- Workspace operations
- Lead management
- Customer onboarding
- Quotations
- Agreements
- Billing and invoicing
- Payment collections
- Occupancy management
- Meeting room management
- Reporting
- Multi-location operations
