Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – Marketing to support ongoing marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations. The candidate should have relevant experience in the real estate industry and positive coordination and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Support planning and execution of real estate marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in managing digital, print, outdoor, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign execution, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Coordinate for project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Track marketing expenses, invoices,



and campaign-related documentation.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on ongoing marketing activities.
- Handle day-to-day marketing coordination and operational requirements.

Requirements Key Skills & Competencies

- 4–9 years of relevant Real Estate Marketing experience.
- Strong coordination and execution skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Good vendor and agency management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in real estate project marketing, campaign execution, and marketing operations will be preferred.
