MBBS = 5+ years of relevant experience

MD in Pharmacology with 3 years of relevant experience.

Medical Strategy & Scientific Leadership

- Develop and execute the annual Medical Affairs strategy aligned with global and local business objectives.
- Prepare annual medical operational plans, budgets, and scientific priorities.
- Provide scientific leadership across the allergen immunotherapy and allergy diagnostics portfolio.
- Support lifecycle management and launch readiness for current products. • Identify unmet medical needs and recommend scientific initiatives to support business growth.
- Provide medical input into strategic business planning and portfolio decisions.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Scientific Engagement
- Identify, segment, and develop relationships with national and regional KOLs, allergy specialists, pulmonologists, ENT specialists, pediatricians, dermatologists, and immunologists.

• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans.
- Conduct scientific discussions and exchange with healthcare professionals.
- Organize Advisory Board Meetings, Expert Panels, and Scientific Round Tables.
- Capture medical insights to support product strategy and evidence generation.
- Build collaborations with academic institutions and research organizations

Medical Education & Scientific Communication





- Develop and execute medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Design and deliver Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, scientific workshops, webinars, and educational meetings.
- Prepare scientific presentations, slide decks, training modules, and educational materials.
- Represent company at national and international scientific conferences and congresses.
- Support development of disease awareness initiatives and patient education programs.

Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence

- Monitor emerging scientific evidence and treatment guidelines.
- Track competitor products, publications, congress activities, and market trends.
- Gather customer insights from scientific interactions.
- Support business decisions through evidence-based medical intelligence. Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance Support
- Provide medical review and scientific support for regulatory submissions.
- Support preparation and review of Product Information (PI), Package Inserts, Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC), educational materials, and risk management documents.

• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs during product registration and lifecycle management.

• Support pharmacovigilance activities, including medical assessment of adverse events where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with CDSCO, NDCT Rules, and global pharmacovigilance requirements.
