n2. Design Strategyand Execution:

- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Ensure the design team produces high-quality, on-brand design solutions.

- Oversee the creation ofwireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.

n3. Brand Consistency, Visual Identity & Rebranding

- Brand Guidelines Implementation: Implement and update brand guidelines to establish a cohesive and modern visual identity.

- Visual Identity Creation: Design consistent brand elements, including logos, fonts, and color schemes, tailored to the fashion and beauty segments.

- Rebranding Projects: Lead the creative direction for rebranding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and vision.

- Work closely withproduct managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design meets user needs and business goals.

nKnowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor's degreein Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- 8-10 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.

- Excellent understandingof user-centered design principles and practices.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
