Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager Financial Reporting to lead financial reporting, accounting, consolidation, financial data hygiene and finance transformation for Lenskarts international business across SEA/MEA regions.

The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting while driving process excellence, automation and robust internal controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

- Lead standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS, IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
- Drive multi-entity and cross-border consolidation, intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.

MIS & Management Reporting

- Develop MIS, dashboards and management reports across international markets.
- Analyse financial performance, margins, costs and variances to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure financial data accuracy, reconciliations and hygiene of books.

Technical Accounting

- Handle complex accounting areas including inventory valuation, capitalization, foreign currency transactions, leases, financial instruments and business combinations.
- Evaluate changes in IFRS/Ind AS and their impact on financial reporting and disclosures.

Process Excellence & Automation

- Build scalable,



standardized and automated financial reporting processes.
- Drive ERP, reporting tools and finance technology implementation.
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to translate accounting and control requirements into system workflows.
- Strengthen internal controls and eliminate process inefficiencies.

Business Partnering

- Work with global finance teams to harmonize accounting policies and reporting practices.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury teams on cost reporting, working capital and compliance.
- Support the international business as it scales across regions.

Requirements

- CA / equivalent qualification.
- 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, accounting and consolidation.
- Solid hands-on experience in IFRS / Ind AS and multi-entity consolidation.
- Experience working with international entities / cross-border reporting.
- Strong understanding of complex accounting and statutory reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, finance automation and reporting tools.
- Experience in process building, standardization and internal controls.
- Manufacturing / retail / global operations experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
