Position Title : Manager Corporate Business & Co-operation (B2B )

Location : Andheri East , Mumbai

Duties and Responsibilities

Major Role

- Marketing Plan for developing Corporate Business with SML & SUMIL Core Portfolio (CP,CN & Biologicals)
- Develop and nurture sustainable cooperation with selected corporates for Crop nutrition portfolio marketing.
- Building value proposition and developing Communication Strategy for strategic partnership
- Coordination with Corporates for developing Co-operation model for SML & SUMIL Brands.
- Managing business Accounts with B-to-B business partners
- Benchmarking co-operation and guide improvement measures
- Build business cases for new products cooperation.
- Training and Development activities with Co-operation partners.
- Participate in Industry Exhibition show casing SML Technology
- Identifying new opportunities(markets) for SML & SUMIL Products.

Market Intelligence:

- Analysing market trends and Customer segments development
- Competing brands- market share, pricing, sourcing data
- Customer profile/ gain value analysis
- Customer feedback monitoring and satisfaction surveys

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualification





- B.Sc. /M.Sc. (Agri.) and MBA in Agribusiness from Premier institute with significant experience in Crop Nutrition / Agrochemical marketing or Product management.
- Prior extensive experience in handling corporate business in Crop Nutrition / agrochemical sector and have proven record of Corporate Customer handling skills.

Experience

- The incumbent should have more than 10 years of strong marketing and sales experience, preferably from Crop Nutrition / Agrochemical industry.
- Good analytical / conceptual / logical skills / Negotiating Skills
- Good Market Connect / Ability to Network and Communicate
- Good Emotional Quotient/ Customer Management experience
- Technically sound and strong in marketing
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office / Business Analytics preferred
- Fluent in English and local languages.
- Must have a positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning
