Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project estimates, BOQ-based budgets and cost benchmarks.
- Develop cost heads/WBS and upload project budgets into ERP.
- Monitor Budget vs Actual, committed costs, cash flow and project profitability.
- Track ERP workflow: PR/SR WO/PO GRN/Abstract Billing Payment.
- Validate BOQs, contractor bills, variations and approved rates/quantities.
- Prepare MCR, MIS dashboards, variance analysis and cost forecasts.
- Identify cost overruns/savings and drive value engineering & cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Contracts, Purchase, Design and Project teams.
- Support audits and ensure ERP/cost-control process compliance.
