Performance Management : Tracking operational metrices - scorecard, incentive plan, etc

Build real time dashboards

Process Improvement : Lead continuous improvement programs using frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma

Cross-Functional collaboration: Act as a central hub connecting regional units, finance, HR, and IT to standardize best practices.

The Successful Applicant

- Experience in program management in BFSI ecosystem with some experience in collection analytics
- The incumbent will be responsible for "secured collection" strategy, scorecard implementation, dashboard , MIS, Data analysis, and coordination with different functions-Finance, IT, Product, HR & Business
- Someone who is valuable with setting up processes and can analyse large volumes of data
- Good communication and articulation skills
