1. Role Overview

- Job Title: Manager – CCH Tagetik Functional Consultant
- Experience Range: 4–6 years of hands-on implementation experience in finance automation, EPM / CPM, or close automation, specifically focusing on CCH Tagetik

2. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – CCH Tagetik Functional Consultant to support upcoming implementation projects for clients.

The role requires strong functional, consulting, and client-facing capabilities rather than a pure technical or coding-oriented profile.

The ideal candidate will provide senior-level ownership, guide execution activities, independently handle client requirements, and translate business needs into robust CCH Tagetik functional solutions .

Candidates must have hands-on implementation experience with CCH Tagetik . Professionals who have only worked as end-users will not be considered for this core implementation role.

3. Key Responsibilities

Requirement Management

- Understand, gather, analyze, and document complex client business requirements.

Functional Design & Architecture

- Lead the functional design of the implementation.
- Structure the implementation architecture and processes from a functional perspective.
- Translate business requirements into robust and practical CCH Tagetik functional solutions.

Platform Configuration

- Support CCH Tagetik configuration, setup, and integration-related activities .
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are appropriately implemented.

Collaboration

- Coordinate seamlessly with technical and engineering teams wherever required.
- Bridge business requirements and technical implementation.

Testing & Deployment





- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Support deployment and go-live activities.
- Assist in resolving functional issues during implementation and deployment.

Client Engagement

- Work directly with clients and manage day-to-day implementation activities.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate functional solutions.
- Ensure a smooth, consulting-led implementation lifecycle.

Team Guidance

- Provide senior-level ownership and guidance to execution-level consultants.
- Oversee ground-level deliverables and ensure quality and timely execution.

4. Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

- 4–6 years of overall experience with hands-on CCH Tagetik implementation expertise .
- Proven experience in finance automation, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) , Corporate Performance Management (CPM) , or close automation.
- Strong experience in functional consulting and implementation environments.

Educational Qualifications Candidates with any of the following qualifications may be considered:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- MBA – Finance
- B.Com / M.Com
- ACCA
- CPA
- CFA
- B.Tech
- MCA
- Equivalent relevant qualification

CA or equivalent financial certifications are considered a strong advantage.

5. Work Mode & Shift

Work Mode

On-site

Candidates may work from the office and/or client office as project requirements dictate.

Flexibility to travel is preferred.

Working Hours

Regular India working hours .

This is not primarily a US-shift or UK-shift role , although exact timings may vary based on client requirements.

Important Requirement

Hands-on CCH Tagetik implementation experience is mandatory.

Candidates who have worked only as CCH Tagetik end-users without implementation experience will not be considered for this core implementation role.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a CCH Tagetik Functional Consultant with 4–6 years of implementation experience who can independently manage client requirements, lead functional design, support configuration and testing, and guide execution teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
