Role & responsibilities

Business Finance & P&L; Management

- Own and drive end-to-end P&L; performance for multiple business verticals.
- Manage and monitor businesses with an annual turnover of 500 Crores or more.
- Analyze revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and operational efficiency across locations.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop financial models to support business growth, investments, and expansion decisions.
- Monitor budget vs actual performance and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Establish financial KPIs and performance scorecards across business units.

Business Partnering

- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, HR, Procurement, and Business Heads to drive profitability.
- Provide commercial and strategic financial guidance for business decisions.
- Participate in business review meetings and drive corrective action plans.

Commercial & Strategic Finance

- Evaluate business expansion opportunities, new projects, and investments.
- Conduct profitability analysis for centres, regions, products, and service lines.
- Support pricing, cost optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Drive strategic projects focused on growth, efficiency, and value creation.

Governance & Controls

- Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.




- Support internal and external audits, financial reviews, and management reporting.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Present financial insights and business performance updates to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members where applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Business Finance, FP&A;, or Commercial Finance.
- Proven experience in managing P&L; responsibility for large businesses.
- Exposure to handling businesses with revenue scale of 500+ Crores.
- Experience managing multiple business units, regions, or verticals.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP/Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location workplace.
