Key Responsibilities

Business Accounting & Reporting

- Lead and oversee Business Accounting and Reporting processes across multiple entities.

- Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

- Manage Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Asset Accounting, Project Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.

- Support management reporting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with BASF accounting policies, IFRS, local statutory requirements, and internal controls.

- Drive reporting standardization and harmonization across teams and regions.

Role & Responsibilites

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, CMA, or equivalent.

- 1018 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Reporting, Costing, or Shared Services environments.

- Robust experience in Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.

- Proven experience managing and developing teams of 10+ employees.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

- Experience working in multinational organizations and global environments.responsibilities
