Acey Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of control cables for major OEMs in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints, documentation, and corrective actions.
- Maintain and improve customer quality ratings.
- Monitor in-process and incoming material quality.
- Handle warranty issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate gauge and fixture development and implementation.
- Communicate with local representatives for complaint handling and segregation.
- Analyse internal rejections and coordinate with suppliers for corrective action plans.
- Handle customer audits and ensure compliance with IATF and other quality system procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in SAP.
- Conduct random product inspections on the production line.
- Provide training to employees on quality requirements.
- Coordinate crimping die design and development as per requirements.




- Review and approve testing and layout reports.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes in the automobile/auto ancillary industry.
- Experience in customer complaint and warranty handling.
- Knowledge of incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection.
- Positive understanding of IATF and quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Candidate Profile Candidates with 4 - 6 years of relevant Quality experience in the Automobile or Auto Ancillary industry, with exposure to customer complaints, audits, supplier quality, and IATF systems, will be preferred.
