Bachelors degree in Architecture or master’s in architecture.
Minimum 10 years of qualified experience out of which recent experience with Large scale Residential /commercial Projects handled in Architectural firm or Real Estate Industry.
Job Role Includes:
- Evaluation of designs sent by various consultants
- Preparation and co-ordination of approval drawings
- Project coordination with domestic and international design consultants/architects.
- Manage timely deliverables to project management/ execution team
- Co-ordination of drawings and information flow
- Co-ordination for landscape and Infra of the project
- Co-ordination for Interior finishing of the Project for implementation of design details and quality while close monitoring and analysing the work progress to achieve the timelines.
- Preparation of design brief
- Test fits for the Project as per brief receive
