About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Manager - Accounts & Taxation with strong experience in accounting operations, taxation, audits and statutory compliances. Candidates with experience in Bond Management / Financial Services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and accounting entries.
- Handle GST compliance, GST Audit and Income Tax Returns.
- Manage Statutory Audit and coordinate with auditors/authorities.
- Handle monthly/yearly book closure and payable management.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and prepare cash-flow reports.
- Manage client invoicing,



including e-Invoicing.
- Handle accounting for daily loan disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with IND-AS and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, consultants and statutory authorities.

Key Skills

- Strong Accounting & Taxation knowledge.
- Good understanding of GST, Income Tax & IND-AS.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust reconciliation, audit and compliance skills.
- Candidates from Bond Management / NBFC / Financial Services preferred.
