Role Description This is a full time, on-site Management Information Systems (MIS) Officer role based in Amritsar. The MIS Officer will be responsible for collecting, validating, and consolidating operational and sales data from various departments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries to support store management, regional teams, and senior leadership in decision-making. The MIS Officer will maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, troubleshoot data issues, and coordinate with IT and operations teams to improve data flows and reporting templates. Additional duties include monitoring key performance indicators, identifying data trends,



and supporting audits, compliance checks, and process improvements related to information management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong data management and analysis skills, including proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) and familiarity with databases or reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess solid reporting and documentation skills, including the ability to create structured MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for different stakeholder levels.
- Candidates should possess good technical aptitude, including comfort working with ERP or retail management systems and collaborating with IT teams to resolve data and system issues.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle large data volumes, meet strict timelines, and prioritize multiple reporting requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with store, regional, and head office teams and clarify data requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in MIS, analytics, or retail operations is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, integrity in handling data, and readiness to work in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.
