Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Information System Executive role based in Kolkata. The role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing MIS dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across business functions. The Executive will collect, validate, and analyze operational and sales data, ensuring accuracy and timely dissemination of information to management.

Responsibilities include maintaining information systems, coordinating with internal teams to understand reporting requirements, and improving reporting processes and formats.



The role also requires preparing periodic performance summaries, supporting audits and reviews with relevant data, and communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to manage and improve reporting frameworks.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including data validation, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills for presenting reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools; familiarity with ERP systems or database management is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience in manufacturing or textile industry reporting processes is beneficial, along with an interest in supporting global operations.
