Job Title: Malayalam Telecaller

Location: Adambakkam, Chennai

Experience: Fresher to 5 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month

We are hiring a Malayalam Telecaller to join our team in Adambakkam. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and communicating clearly and professionally with Malayalam-speaking clients/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and clients
- Explain products/services clearly in Malayalam
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and resolve concerns
- Maintain call records and update data accurately
- Achieve daily/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the team for lead follow-ups

Requirements:





- Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory); knowledge of English/Tamil is a plus
- Freshers welcome; up to 5 years of telecalling/BPO experience accepted
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Male/Female candidates can apply
