We are hiring a Maintenance Manager for Chandigarh location.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage and supervise the maintenance operations across our outlets, ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, utilities and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the complete maintenance team and allocate daily work.
- Manage preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs across all outlets.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and other utilities.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and AMC service providers.
- Monitor maintenance expenses, spare parts, tools and inventory.
- Support new outlet setup, renovation and equipment installation.
- Monitor team performance, attendance,



productivity and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, cafés or commercial facilities.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable vendor coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
