Key Responsibilities (End-to-End)

1. Plan, organize, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for all production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment.
2. Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime by responding promptly to equipment failures and production interruptions.
3. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for machines, compressors, electrical systems, HVAC units, and material handling equipment.
4. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system faults and implement effective corrective actions.

- 310+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, fabrication, acoustics, interiors, construction materials, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, TPM, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and statutory compliance requirements.
