e are hiring a skilled Maintenance Fitter / Toolroom Technician to join our advanced food-grade plastic manufacturing plant. The candidate will oversee the upkeep, repair, and modification of production machinery and multi-cavity moulds used for High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) and Polypropylene (PP) products.

Key Responsibilities

- Mould & Tool Maintenance: Conduct periodic cleaning, polishing, modification, and repair of thermoforming/injection moulds, dies, and tracking components.

- Machine Breakdown & Upkeep: Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on sheet extrusion lines, thermoforming machines, and auxiliary toolroom plant machinery.

- Toolroom Operations: Safely operate conventional toolroom machines like milling, surface grinders, lathes, and drilling equipment to fabricate replacement components.

- Food Safety Compliance: Maintain absolute clean-room standards, ensuring all food-grade lubricants and safety procedures align with HACCP / BRCGS / GMP requirements for consumer food packaging.

- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure minimal line downtime.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
